AS-BUILT AND COMPATIBILITY

Using mark-ups from sub-contractors, our team incorporates all field changes into the model to deliver ‘As Built’ models for all trades. Our documentation system ensures that each and every revision is properly tracked and documented. We also feed in customized parameters required by the Facility Manage / Owner for future use of FM and Life-Cycle Assessment. We also maintain and manage Owners’ BIM models for large facilities and campuses, if they do not have in-house expertise.

As-built compatibility in BIM ensures that the digital model accurately reflects the actual conditions of a constructed building, capturing any deviations from the original design. This integration allows for precise updates and modifications during renovation or maintenance, facilitating effective facility management.
