BIM coordination services integrate and manage digital models from various disciplines to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve conflicts before construction begins. Trade models are updated as per clash resolutions and re-checked for any coordination issues. We add the sub-contractor’s details from the shop drawings, into the models. For each project our company allocates a ‘Virtual Project Coordinator’ who conducts weekly online clash review meetings- bringing together all sub-contractors and the construction manager and resolving each clash individually, till coordinated drawings can be extracted from the models.
