3D BIM MODELING FROM POINT CLOUD SCAN

Point cloud scan to BIM involves converting 3D laser scan data of existing structures into detailed Building Information Models (BIM). This process begins with capturing point cloud data, which consists of millions of data points representing the physical characteristics of a structure. Specialized software then processes this data to create an accurate, editable BIM model, which integrates seamlessly with architectural, structural, and MEP designs, facilitating renovation, retrofitting, or facility management by providing a precise digital representation of the as-built conditions.

We create 3D BIM models from the point cloud in various modeling platforms for MEP detailing, Architectural and Structural trades as per the LOD requirements.
